Staveley Head
is launching a nationwide search for Britain's greatest
greasy spoon, and needs your help by nominating your
favourite.
In a bid to support the old British icon, we want to hear
about your favourite roadside café. Maybe they serve
the best sausages with a smile, have been serving food
since time began, or is just your favourite place to stop
off on your travels. Whatever makes them great; nominate
them using the form below, so they can be crowned Britain's
Greatest Greasy Spoon.
From quirky hubs, to traditional transport eateries, the
winning café will be awarded with the prestigious
title and trophy 'Britain's Greatest Greasy Spoon 2012',
presented by a top glamour model alongside our partner the
Sunday Sport.
To enter your favourite proper British café, for a
chance to win the national title, fill in the nomination
form provided below. A top ten will then be chosen by our
judges to take part in a head-to-head voting challenge,
before a final winner is picked. On announcement of the
top voted café, the winner will be presented with a
trophy by a model.
As a thank you for supporting your chosen eatery,
you will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win
an 8Gb iPod Touch.
So come on, share your favourite café and support the
old transport café culture.

Terms and Conditions
No purchase necessary.
The competition is open to all citizens of the United
Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Staveley Head
Ltd and their families or households are not eligible to
enter.
Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and
Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are
accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide
by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
All out of pocket expenses other than those specified
are the responsibility of the Competition Winner.
The prize is as described on URL from 2 July 2012.
Entries must be submitted via URL and entry is
restricted to one per person. The acceptance,
disqualification or deletion of competition entries,
without explanation or prior notification is entirely at
the discretion of Staveley Head Ltd. But as a guide late,
illegible, incomplete, defaced, inappropriate or corrupt
entries will not be accepted. Suitable winning entries must
correctly identify their proposed favourite café.
Incorrect entries cannot be accepted for an entry.
Any material that breaches copyright is offensive,
defamatory or breaches any UK laws will be immediately
removed and disqualified from the competition.
Disqualification of entrants is at the discretion of
Staveley Head Ltd and final.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 23rd July
2012.
The prize winner and top 10 cafés will be
announced within 10 days of the closing date of the
competition.
Staveley Head Ltd will randomly select one prize winner
and 10 cafés to be shortlisted for final.
If the selected prize winner and does not claim their
prize within 21 working days of being advised of winning
via email, Staveley Head Ltd reserves the right to redraw
the competition and select an alternative prize winner.
The prize is non-transferable. There is no cash or
prize alternative.
By entering the competition it will be assumed that you
have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and
Conditions.
Staveley Head Ltd reserves the right at any time and
from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, this competition with or without prior notice
due to reasons outside its control.
Staveley Head Ltd accepts no responsibility and
disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities,
injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a
result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
The Competition will be governed by English law.
Staveley Head Ltd save to the extent that disclosure
might be required by law, keep confidential all information
about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any
information which they learn about the entrant.
